I think she is applying the "old" look in photoshop. She found an old photo or old piece of paper and scanned it in. Then is putting her photo's into that space then applying washes of uneven color, etc. But what she's doing isn't easy. Not a one step filter or something. She's using photoshop like paint and washing color and texture onto the images. It's really nice stuff. And the old-ness makes the flowers etc seem very fragile. Nice.
